New to tattooing or have questions before your visit? We've got answers.

You can call us directly at (860) 717-4028 or use the contact form below. We'll discuss your idea, pick a date, and send you a deposit link to secure your slot. Walk-ins are welcome when there's availability, but appointments are recommended.
Not at all! Many of our clients come in with just a theme or feeling in mind. We'll work with you through a consultation to develop a custom design that fits your vision and body placement perfectly.
Discomfort varies depending on placement and size. Most clients describe it as a scratching sensation. We take breaks as needed and make sure you're comfortable throughout the session. Areas with more flesh tend to be less sensitive.
Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the day before. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being tattooed. Bring ID and any reference images you have.
We provide detailed aftercare instructions after every session. Generally: keep the initial wrap on for a few hours, gently wash with fragrance-free soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, and avoid soaking or direct sun until healed. We're always available for follow-up questions.
Yes! Cover-ups are one of our specialties. Even old, faded, or poorly done tattoos can be transformed. During your consultation, we'll assess the existing work and design a new piece that beautifully conceals what came before.
